Drill: Emilio Sanchez

One of the drills that Emilio Sanchez demonstrated at the conference that I recently attended. I have adopted this drill with the kids, who I coach privately, as well as many other drills that were taught at the "The Spanish Way of Developing [Tennis] Players" conference. The conference was held in Berkeley, CA. Of course, Emilio is directing an 18-year old player -- a recent high school graduate who just received a full ride scholarship to UCLA. We'll be seeing him later on playing in some major, sometime, -- for sure.
