  1. Hey pickleballers, all my workouts now are all based on things I think will make me a better player. I do 100 squats a day because it's so important to easily get into those lower positions. I do plyometrics which has helped me to jump higher. And of course, planks, push ups, What are you doing that keeps you fit and makes you a better player?
